Kasi2Campus (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides student support services, including assistance with university and college applications in South Africa.

Depending on your request and package, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (full name, ID number, phone number, email address)
- Address information (physical address)
- Academic information (latest results, subjects, APS-related information)
- Next of kin information (parent/guardian contact details)
- Application information (universities, courses, submission dates, reference numbers)
- Payment information (proof of payment, selected package, payment status)
- Portal/account information (if used) such as portal login email and progress status
Note: Where possible, we avoid storing sensitive portal passwords. If you share login credentials with us, we handle them confidentially for the application purpose only.

- Submit applications to universities and colleges
- Communicate with you about your application progress
- Provide course guidance based on APS (where included)
- Assist with NSFAS guidance/support (where included)
- Confirm and record payments for services
- Maintain internal records for service delivery and auditing

We process personal information in accordance with POPIA. Our processing is based on one or more of:
- Consent (you give permission for us to process your information)
- Performance of a service (processing needed to deliver the service you requested)
- Legal obligations (where applicable)
- Legitimate interests (service operations, fraud prevention, record-keeping)

We may share relevant information with:
- Universities/colleges and their application platforms (for submission and processing)
- NSFAS or related funding support channels (if requested and included)
- Payment processors (for payment handling and confirmation)
We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is necessary for the purpose of delivering the service.

We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, including access control, limited staff access, and secure handling of documents.
If we become aware of a data incident that may affect your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond, including notifying you where appropriate.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to deliver the service, support follow-ups, and comply with legal and operational requirements. When no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise the information where reasonable.
